
For several years we have been experimenting in the company with an innovative method called People Branding, which allows us to make strategic decisions and to constantly evolve together with the market and our customers.
A method that we immediately liked because it is operational and designed for SMEs like us.
That is why it came naturally to us to ask: why not help to spread it among businesses in the area, why not start firsthand to stimulate the comparison and the contamination of ideas sharing tools useful for the same business fabric in which we operate?
This resulted in a workshop and course organized right here with us at the SAC Training Lab.
The first one, focused on customer segmentation, was held on October 18 with the sponsorship of Mediolanum, which believed in the project.
The second took place instead on Wednesday, November 8: a full day dedicated to the customer experience, with the goal of transforming the customer experience into value offers more effective and targeted.
As the video summaries of the two initiatives attest, we were very pleased with the participation and active involvement of businesses.
A sign that we are not the only ones who believe in contamination.
A sign that new ideas are the greatest stimulus to the growth of individual businesses as well as the territory.
