As information about the virus and infection prevention increased, we tried to be ready by increasing or optimizing internal procedures:
- HEALTHDEVICES: We now live in symbiosis with face masks. Sure they can sometimes be a nuisance, but let’s think of them that way. They are a tribute to the “uniform” of those who are the real heroes of this emergency: doctors and nurses!
- SCHEDULED SHIFTS: We all work but alternate shifts. If you emailed for an order, you don’t have to wait for the next shift. We work staggered yes, but synchronized.
- SAFETY DISTANCES: We arranged desks, offices, and production for compliance with safety distances.
Of course, it helped us a little to have 3,500 square meters at our disposal! - EMPLOYEE INSURANCE: Already since March, SAC Serigrafia has activated a special insurance formula in case an employee contracts the virus. This is an extra safeguard to protect the staff health-wise and economically.
- SHARED COMMITMENT: We share with suppliers, couriers and any other figure involved in the supply chain the same commitment to compliance with security measures. We are also available for further comparisons or requests for compliance with the security protocols adopted by your company.
