A few weeks ago, we hosted young people from area institutes at PMI Day, the day of meeting-contamination between schools and companies organized by Confindustria.
This year it was the turn of the students of the Technical Institute “A. Martini” of Castelfranco Veneto (TV), to whom we wanted to offer an experience all geared toward the future.
BETWEEN INDUSTRY 4.0 AND GAMING
With the company tour, we shared with the young people the innovations of Industry 4.0 applied to work, including vertical warehouses, smart management systems and Lean organization.
In the Contamination room of SAC Serigraphy, we also wanted to give a little taste of new approaches to business strategies.
We did this with gamification and by simulating a real customer analysis.
Leading the game was Cristiano Nordio, creator of the Business Model Journey method, which we ourselves have been applying in our company for several years.
Between ideas and smiles, between play and discovery, we hope to have made students experience a “work day” in version 4.0.
