A close-knit and trained team, a safe and welcoming workplace, a company open to customers, schools and the local area-this is our idea of welfare.
In fact, we believe that a peaceful, transparent and stimulating work environment is the right foundation for growth and simply for better work!
And every year we try to take small and big steps toward this direction.
AN UPDATED TEAM
SAC Serigrafia has long been pursuing training related toIndustry 4.0.
The whole team is involved in courses to hone so-called soft skills: from team management to teamwork.
The graphics department also participates in in-depth courses on new technologies, such as 3D graphics processing or new processing techniques.
In contrast, the sales team participates in regular courses and meetings with marketing and business strategy consultants.
A SAFE AND LIVABLE WORKPLACE

Thanks to annual safety and first aid refresher courses, at SAC Serigrafia we are prepared for any eventuality! Recently, although not required by law, we chose to install a defibrillator, a tool that we hope never to use but that in extreme cases can prove truly vital.
Thinking about the welfare of employees, however, plans are underway to create a lunch break space, a convenience dedicated to those who live far from the headquarters.
AN OPEN AND TRANSPARENT COMPANY
Every year we open our doors to customers, to show them where but more importantly how we work.
We take them on a journey into the heart of SAC Serigrafia, discovering the company’s production and strategic processes.
The starting point is precisely the method we have adopted to make our services customer-friendly, aiming to improve every moment of their experience with us.
The tour continues in the graphics area and then continues to the production area, designed and organized according to the principles of Lean Production and Industry 4.0.
ALONGSIDE SCHOOLS AND THE TERRITORY
We think it is very important to weave “living” relationships between the world of school and work, and we often talk about it.
In addition to always gladly participating in PMI Day, every year we gladly host teachers during visits organized by trade associations, and of course students from graphic design schools and/or undergraduates from the Faculty of Economics who choose to intern with us.
SAC Serigrafia also had the honor of being included as a case study in several theses related to business management. The topics, developed by students from theUniversity of Padua, Venice and Rome “Tor Vergata,” range from Industry 4.0 to Lean Production, via enterprise networks.
In addition to the students, let’s also cheer on the youth of the area!
In fact, several sponsorships related to youth teams in both soccer and other sports are active.
New actions related to corporate and territorial welfare are in the pipeline for next year.
Stay tuned!
